Malcus Poh 莫隽哲
I am a family lawyer based in Singapore, specializing in cross-border divorce cases, particularly between Singapore and China. My expertise lies in the division of matrimonial assets upon divorce and the strategic planning of matrimonial assets before divorce. I also handle estate disputes, including trust and inheritance issues arising from complex family structures.
